Editor: I would like to greatly thank the Langley Times for publishing a story on Chris Turner's "Professional Finders" business July 12.

While mowing the lawn on July 11 one of my diamond earrings was pulled from my ear by our volleyball net. My family and I searched the lawn area that day and the next, but to no avail. What a coincidence to read you article that day.

I phoned Chris Turner on July 13 and he promptly drove from Vancouver to Langley that day. He spent many hours searching our backyard on Thursday and returned on Friday morning.

Thanks to his determination and detective reasoning, he located my earring early Friday. I wish him great success in his business of returning prized possessions to their owners.
